Chris Babcock

Chief Technology Officer

With over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Chris Babcock is responsible for all aspects of RCM’s technology execution. His responsibilities include product development, strategic planning, and vendor management.  

Prior to joining RCM, Chris held leadership positions with Snap-on Inc. and Encyclopaedia Britannica where he established a successful track record implementing Agile and Lean Development practices to deliver commercial software applications.

Chris earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego.
