Deal Center

  • Deal Center visitors will enjoy a 90 day free Premium subscription.
  • Premium subscriptions can be purchased on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Deal Center has been updated to include an improved design.
  • Deal Center users can view the location of their deals on a map.
  • Projects can be marked as favorites for easy access.

Minor Enhancements and Updates

  • All Microsoft Excel exports will now use the latest xlsx format.
  • The responsive break point for the platform has been changed from 1024 pixels to 950 pixels in order to provide a better experience for devices with smaller screens.
  • Cap rates will show N/A if their values are negative or equal to zero.
  • A new notification system will now be available from within the platform to help RCM visitors view important information such as upcoming downtime.
  • All domain registrations will include privacy feature to eliminate spam and unsolicited inquiries
  • Improved data privacy – users will now be notified of the terms of use that cover how their personal data will be used.
  • The following asset sub-types have been added:
    • Retail – High Street
    • Retail – Grocery Anchored
